Last week we had an interesting private tour of Goddards House learning a little about the history of the property and family as well as the ongoing maintenance required to the building. It was especially interesting hearing about how the implementation of constructionline as a pre-qualification requirement has caused challenges for some of the smaller and niche companies required to carry out specialist work in the properties.
